As well as regular Balinese Massage Techniques and exercise, foods recommended to help blood flow are: Berries, Nuts, Chilies, Watermelon Rind, Lemon, Pomegranate and Leafy-Green Vegetables.

Balinese Massage

Balinese massage techniques include acupressure, firm and gentle stroking, percussion, and application of essential oils. The combination of manual therapy and aromatherapy is intended for relaxation, loosening fascial restrictions, and stimulating the lymphatic system and the flow of blood and qi.
